Program Policies
Registration & Payment
Registration is completed once payment is received. Spots are limited and are not held without payment.
Payment must be submitted in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to limited space and planning requirements, refunds are not guaranteed.
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of a program may be eligible for a refund or credit.
Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund.
If a player is unable to attend, a credit may be offered at the discretion of Warren Hoops Academy.
If a session is canceled by Warren Hoops Academy, a full refund or credit will be provided.
Attendance & Supervision
Players should arrive on time and be picked up promptly at the end of each session.
Warren Hoops Academy staff are responsible for supervision only during scheduled session times. Please ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.
Drop Off Policy
All sessions at Warren Hoops Academy are designed as drop-off programs to create a structured, focused environment for players. We ask that parents do not remain during sessions.
At times, we may invite families to attend designated showcases or viewing opportunities. Details for these events will be shared via email.
Player Expectations
We are committed to creating a positive, high-energy environment for all players.
Players are expected to:
Show effort and a willingness to learn
Treat coaches and peers with respect
Follow instructions and maintain a safe environment
Failure to meet expectations may result in removal from a session.
Injury & Medical Acknowledgment
Participation in sports includes inherent risk. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Staff will assess the situation and contact a parent/guardian if needed.
In the event of an injury or emergency, Warren Hoops Academy staff may seek appropriate medical attention for your child.

Important program details and updates will be sent via email. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of registration.
